Tim Stranske, CFA

Tim joined the Voorhees Family Office Services ("VFOS") team in August of 2018 as a Financial Planning Associate. He then successfully completed all exams to become a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). In this role, he helps keep clients well-informed about their investments and provides an array of support services to set up accounts, transfer money, and maintain financial plans. He actively assists our Chief Investment Officer, Evan Pan, with implementing each client's investment decisions.

Tim educates clients on their investment options and works with them to reach their financial goals with full support from their lawyer, accountant and other professionals. Tim believes in long-term investing and is committed to supporting his clients through up and down markets. He works with our team of financial planners to illustrate lifetime cashflows and inheritance projections based on inflows and outflows from trusts.

Prior to joining VFOS, Tim worked as an educator, most recently in Lagos, Nigeria, where he taught economics and chemistry at an international school. In addition to passing all exams to earn the CFA credential, Tim has passed both levels of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) exam.

Tim grew up in Southern California and earned a BS in Chemistry while attending UC Irvine. He recently completed an MA in International Relations and International Economics at Johns Hopkins University. He enjoys traveling, football and volleyball and learning new things.
