Darci Voorhees

Darci began her association with Family Office Services, Inc in 1998. Since then, she has worked as a customer service specialist, trust maintenance supervisor, and executive assistant to the founding partner of the law firm. In 2003, Darci was promoted to the position as Tim Voorhees' assistant and wife.

In her current role as a Assistant to the President of the Family Office Services, Inc Darci assists with scheduling all meetings involving clients and their advisers. She typically works with the client and/or the client's CPA, insurance agent, stockbroker, money manager, or other advisers to develop and follow a timeline for implementing a client plan.

Darci maintains an array of brochures and other documents to answer common questions raised by clients and advisers that are new to the Family Office Services process. Darci also manages key aspects of the corporate communication campaigns. Using her broad knowledge of database technology, she facilitates prompt and effective follow-up after meetings with clients and/or their advisers.

Darci is completing her Certified Christian Financial Professional designation and beginning the Certified Financial Planner coursework. When not working or studying, Darci delights in parenting three sons. She and her husband Tim enjoy life with their boys in Mission Viejo, CA.
