Blaine Burch, JD

Blaine Burch joined Matsen Voorhees Law in the spring of 2013. He was born in Redlands, California and grew up in a family business that his grandparents started. Blaine did everything from janitorial and gardening to marketing and legal counsel. Growing up, Blaine was involved in sports, church, became an Eagle Scout, and developed a love for singing. After high school, Blaine lived in Santiago, Chile, where he studied South American culture and became fluent in Spanish. He is now married with two children and practices Estate and Small Business planning.

Blaine graduated from George Mason University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.

Blaine began practicing law in 2007 at one of the premier boutique law firms in Southern California. He has also been involved in multiple successful small businesses. Blaine was an owner and manager of one of the largest food processing businesses in California, and now is an owner and operator of a Records Management Company in San Bernardino. Because Blaine has seen the intricacies of running a business since he was a small boy, he brings a unique business perspective to Estate and Small Business Planning. Blaine has planned everything from modest estates, helping people plan for medical catastrophes and children’s care, to large multi-million dollar estates, passing multi-national companies onto future generations.

Blaine also has strong community ties. He has been involved in his local community through volunteer work with his church and the Boy Scouts of America, where he is currently a Unit Commissioner. Blaine has also been active in various youth organizations that help young adults reach their college and professional goals.
