17. Value Proposition Letter

Summarizes results of current plan
Estimates potential benefits of planning
Recommends course of action
Estimates fees

The Value Proposition Letter may be our most valuable deliverable. After we review the client's goals and current documents, we develop a letter that comments on the benefits of the current plan but then lists many ideas for improving the plan. We draw on our experience of developing hundreds of cases when drafting the VPL. After reading the VPL, the client should see how we can lower taxes and improve benefits for family members by working with us to complete the planning process.
