Trust Funding

Trusts typically include a Schedule A and/or B listing assets in the trust. For the trust to achieve desired benefits, the assets are normally titled in the name of the trust. The process of funding a trust with appropriate assets and properly documenting the transfer of assets to the trust is known as trust funding.
